Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Returns are valid 7 days after purchase. After 7 days from the date of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange; all sales are final thereafter.

 

EXCHANGES

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for refunds and exchanges. Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Artemis Apollo has the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item does not meet the return policy standards.

Return/Exchange Process:

1. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Please email contact@artemisapolloshop.com reason of return or exchange, and an Return Authorization number/confirmation will be issued to you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@artemisapolloshop.com.

 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

All regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items and purchases made with promotional codes are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, with the exception of purchases made with the newsletter welcome code. 

 

SHIPPING

In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Item must be sent back unworn and in it's original packaging and with receipt of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
